It still just randomly sends me a message saying no internet on my cell phone

So I am currently on firmware V9.11.0.1 with both my router and one satallite. I am not seeing any issues lately other than with my pixel 8 pro and Pixel 8 devices. It still just randomly sends me a message saying no internet on my cell phone. I believe this issue is still not fixed. Is there any new firmware or any information if Netgear is still working with this issue?
