List shows for about a day then is not available on web app

Bumping this thread, as we have the same issue on a RBE871 (V10.5.20.4_1.3.5)  and RBE870 (V10.5.20.4). It displays some devices (between 2 to 5) instead of the 50+ we have currently connected.

    This is a known issue and NG has been made aware of it. 

    Should be resolved on next FW release. No idea when that will be. 
    Please be patient.
