The freezing of the webinterface happens in Chrome and Edge on my W11 desktop.
When I use my MacBook pro, Chrome gives an error: "Orbilogin's server IP adres could not be found" when I try to connect to http:/orbilogin/
And Safari logs in fine with the above address
Try using 192.168.1.1 in a web browser?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
192.168.1.1 doesn't work on any system or any browser
Firmware is V10.5.19.4_1.27
It should if thats the current IP address of the RBR, unless it's been changed.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
How was the FW loaded on the system? Auto Update or manually?
I use my Orbi router as an access point, so it is probably a different IP address provided my the router of my internet suppliers. Let me see if I can remember how to connect with that one...
