More information would be helpful, such as:
- What device (or devices) have low performance in that specific location?
- What is "low"?
- Does the device itself display advanced information about the WiFi connection?
(such as the "Link Rate" and which frequency band?) - What Link Rate does the Orbi 'app' display for these devices when in that location?
- Is there anything unusual about that location? (stone walls? lots of large metallic objects?
- Are there other devices which show normal speed in that location?
- Do the affected devices perform normally when in other locations?

I surely answered these questions in the statement above.. Now for which channel each device is using I have no clue the router is in the room below as its a upstairs building and there is another one in the room beside this is wall building fully walled...But what I wanna know is why would it show almost full signal and not getting the speed. Ive used a laptop and a phone so multiple devices as mentioned before.

Remote locations may or may not always see full speed. Building materials, placement and distances and deployment of too many RBS will all impact what is seen in remote locations.
