What do you consider slow speeds?
What actual speeds does it get? Is it all the time?
Is it in the same spots?
When its slow, check your device to see if its on the 2.4ghz, 5ghz, or 6ghz. The device allows bandsteering and the 2.4ghz is a slow band. So if you're device happens to be on 2.4ghz when you're testing, it will be slow. But if its on the 5/6ghz, then its worth investigating more.

And funny enough I've never seen something on the 6ghz band my router only shows 2.4ghz and 5ghz am I suppose to be seeing 6ghz based on the fact I even have a wifi 7 phone and a Mac book capable of 6ghz ? They only connect to 5ghz

If you have any 6Ghz supporting devices, they should connect to the 6Ghz signal first thing when near the RBR or RBS.
Might turn OFF the RBS for temporarily and test each device while near the RBR. Check the RBRs web page for connection status.

Well they are surely not connecting or is it that the 6ghz needs to be turn on is there an option or is it automatic ?

All automatic.
