My orbi 970 Mesh satellite has two separate Macs and two separate ip

(Caveat: some Orbi features that have been around for YEARS have disappeared with the WiFi7 products. I do not have one and cannot check personally.)

My system allows me to email the log to myself every time it fills up (or at least it has up until the latest firmware version. (I should check) I hear that the WiFi7 Orbi dropped that feature.

the addresses have to be different as the IP address is per device. If they had the same, one of them wouldn't work.
Please take a look at both pictures as wireless shows connected orbi to be the same but wired is different
MAC AND IP addresses of each RBS should be different regardless of wireless or wire connected.
Well should be key words.. But you see the **bleep** happening in the picture right. So what you think is going on.
So what happens if you use the Generate new BH Password, hae the RBS first wirelessly sync to the RBR fully with front BLUE LED then after that connect one at a time to ethernet BH. Once at a time until you see the status change from Wireless to wired BH on the RBR web UI.
