After automatic upgrading to 10.5.18.3 I lost IPv6 connectivity on WLAN clients and also on the computers connected with RJ45 to satellites.
The system is running in AP mode so it should not "touch" the traffic.
It worked before the update.
In addition my home network does not have DHCP6 nor Router Advertisement enabled, as I prefer to issue the IPv6 addresses and gateway manually to only the devices that I want to have IPv6 enabled on. This has been working with the previous Firmware versions.

Have you tried a Factory reset and setup from scratch?
How is the RBR configured for AP mode? Dynamic or Static configuration on the RBR?
How do you have the RBR connected to the host router? Yellow WAN port right?
Ya, while in AP mode, Orbi works mostly has a pass thru for all traffic. Should not effect anything else.

Trying to avoid losing (even temporarily) the connectivity to my IoT and other stuff, so not yet.

By clicking the Advanced -> Adbvanced > Router / AP mode > AP ,mode
from a working Router mode months ago.
>Dynamic or Static configuration on the RBR?
it is using DHCP, so dynamic and the pfSense firewall is giving it a static IPv4
>How do you have the RBR connected to the host router? Yellow WAN port right?
Yes, the normal way, yellow WAN port as it was before the automatic firmware update.
>Ya, while in AP mode, Orbi works mostly has a pass thru for all traffic. Should not effect anything else.
Yes, it definitely should. It worked before. Not anymore.
IPv4 works still as before.
Next I think I will run Wireshark / tcpdump on the wired side where the router and the firewall are and also on the satellite RJ45 port.

Try configuring a Static IP AP mode configuration on the RBR.
Lastly, if nothing helps to resolve this, please try a factory reset and setup from scratch. If you use same SSID name and Password, all your devices will re-connect.
