New Router issue
I had to purchase a new Orbi system. I set it up and it worked perfectly for about a week and then just drop the Internet connection when I’m attached via Wi-Fi so my Orbi shows that it has Internet and it does but once I turn on Wi-Fi on my computer and log on it says there’s no Internet. I have done the forgot this device Jan’s deleted the device from the list. I reconnect and still have no internet to my laptop or desktop. Any advice on what else I can try? I work from home and really need to be connected

What is this PC or device connected to the Orbi system?
Does this happen with other devices?
Does this happen with ethernet connected devices?
What Orbi system model do you have?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
How many RBS are deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.
