Firmware Version
V9.12.2.1_1.2.10
I realized that when the guest(s) connects via the main router, it is fine. However, when a guest connects via a satellite, there will be no internet.
The whole issue is that I have bought this router + 2 satellites because my router needs to be near my modem (provided by my ISP), and the satellite is meant to provide strong and good wifi for them to connect further away.

Have you tried removing the satellites and re-syncing them?
I'd also check their firmware version to see if its the same (you can do through the gui)
