KevinLiT is exactly correct. what firmware version are you on?
some of the older/pre-release versions did have the mac broadcast with the ssid. That was pretty quickly fixed.

The "NTGRBH" is normal for BE series and will be seen. It's not hidden and is secure and not accessbile. Its only the wireless backhaul signal between the RBR and RBS. NG is aware of it and no idea IF or when they will make it hidden.
