Have you swapped RBS around to see if the problem follows the one newer added RBS or only seen at this one remote location?
What is the brand and model# of the switch thats connected?
Are all RBS connected to the RBR directly or connected behind this switch?

To clarify, when I said, "The problematic one exhibits the issue with Cat6 or Moca...," I meant that this occurs regardless of location. No location fixes the issue. If this one satellite is wired, including directly to the router, it is a problem. No other satellite has the problem, regardless of location or backhaul type.
Regarding "I do have an unmanaged switch at the main router, but no combination of connections fixes the problem (even just doing the Synology and the satellite as the lone connected devices)," I meant to say that even removing the switch and all other devices from my network, including all other satellites, with only the Synology and the problem satellite physically connected to the router at all, the issue still occurs. If I just have the satellite connected and try to access cameras, it is still a problem.
