What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
If this happens with just the RBR ON alone, possible some issue with the RBR.
Yes, I disconnected the RBS this past weekend and only used the RBR staying with in to have good signal and still experienced the drops. It was no better or worse, same behavior.
What FW version is loaded on the system?

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed?

Traffic meter is NOT enabled
IPv6 is NOT enabled
SPC is NOT enabled
Does the Front LED turn PINK when this happens? I will check today if the LED turns PINK, its normally not lit up at all.

Yes, normal operation front LED is OFF. If something happens or the RBR doesn't get good internet services, the front LED turns on PINK/RED.
Is the IoT or Guest Network enabled on the RBR?
I just posted this a while ago and something you can try and see if this helps:
Be sure to update the RBS first, before the RBR if you do.
Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz on the RBR.
