Hello FURRYe38, Thanks for your reply. Finally got a reply from ToHoma somfy support and they said WPA2-PSK encryption not supported only WPA2-Personal. Tried the IoT 2.4 GHz only setting, but no go. So decided to use Ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi. Finally found a micro USB Ethernet adaptor I needed on Amazon. So I'm good to go.

The Orbi system has a separate IoT network with configurable settings for 2.4 or 5Ghz devices along with wifi security settings that should work. Refer to the IoT mfr's support site for help and information regarding there product and getting it set up.

Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

So what exactly is the difference between WPA2-PSK and WPA2-Personal?
I'm pretty sure they both use the WPA2 protocol, and they both use a pre-shared key (aka. PSK).
