Orbi 870 - Options Missing from Web Interface
I am setting up my newly purchased Orbi 871 (Router + 2 satellites) and have noticed that under Advanced-->Security, I have only the Access Control option. I am wondering what happened to the Block Services, Block Sites, EMail, and Schedule options that I had with prior Orbi routers. I have the latest firmware and my Armor subscription is active. Has anyone experienced this and if so, is there a solution?
Please disregard my earlier request for information. I contacted Netgear support and received the following response:
"I’d like to inform you that the features you mentioned—Block Services, Block Sites, Email, and Schedule—were available on previous Orbi models, but they are not supported on the new Wi-Fi 7 Orbi devices (such as your Orbi 871 system). The new Orbi Wi-Fi 7 series focuses on advanced performance, speed, and security enhancements, and some legacy features have been streamlined or removed to optimize the user experience. Currently, under Advanced → Security, you will only see Access Control as part of the available options."
