Orbi 871 (RBE871) Guest Wi-Fi no SSID seen or connectivity from any external device

No SSID can be seen/detected from from external devices despite the Orbi app and the web interface "looking" like the Guest Wi-Fi is ON with no apparent errors.
Odd, as I am seeing my guest SSID on my phone, and can connect to it. I am also using an 871.
I suggest turning off Access Control. Turning it on didn't help, and it has no security benefit.
I also suggest seeing if the guest SSID shows up when near the router (not just the satellite). If it does show up there, then try removing the satellites, resetting them with a paper clip, and adding them back.
If the guest SSID does NOT show up near the router either, then try turning off the guest network via the web interface. Then turn it back on there, and reboot the router. If fails, then you might need to do a factory reset of the router and set up everything again from scratch.
Are you running 10.5.20.4 firmware?
