Is the new 970 system configured with exactly the same WiFi credentials as the previous system? (SSID/password).
My experience for 20 years has been that WiFi devices connect immediately whenever they detect a WiFi system that they recognize. Would be a real shock if installing the Netgear 970 did not work the same way.

First try was with main network with no luck. Set up IoT network and same results.

Access Control turned off? What and where is Access Control?
- owlynFeb 11, 2024LuminaryIf you don’t know where Access Control is, then it was never turned on, so that would not be the problem. Is there a way to manually reset the WiFi on the thermostat?
