One is Daisy Chain and the other is Star formation. The system can work in either formation depending on what users home configuration and placement maybe with in there home. Some homes maybe long or rectangular while others are square.

System offers operation in these configurations if users have this need.
Differences is how the RBS are placed and connected, direct to the main router unit or connected to a satellite if daisy chain formation.

Ok I hear that but my system fluctuate the two daily what's the reason for that ? and im hard wired. When its wireless its in the triangle formation. When its hard wired its now fluctuating in the daisy chain.
How is the RBS ethernet connected to the RBR?
There any LAN switches or patch panels or in wall ethernet wall jacks in place?
The following link is how best to connect RBS to the RBR:

The first and 3rd images show how they are connected that will configure Star formation. The 2nd image would show a Daisy Chain formation.
