Apparently is a VLAN that the Guest Network is on as well as other things. I guess Orbi FW doesn't know how to work with or thru of a managed switch is in the middle.
Inputting this into the managed switch seems to resolve issues with RBS being ethernet connected to managed switches. I've checked this on a MS and GS series switches and my 970 RBS ethernet connected to the switch with this configuration now works correctly.
This is only put on the managed switch that is in between the RBR and RBS that ethernet connect to this switch.
