Hi,
I tried to contact both ISP (EE) and NG support. EE said they cannot provide support for 3rd party router whilst NG support said they will pass my case to another team to follow.
I am using firmware v9.12.3.3. My router is connected to Openreach hub directly and the TV Box is connected to my router by wifi.
Thank you.

Ok.
What brand and model# ISP modem or ONT do you have connected to the RBR?

I connected the router to the Openreach modem (ONT) directly. The modem was installed on the wall of the house when we moved in.

Might try this, set a IP address reservation for this one device on the RBR, then us this IP address and input this in to the RBR DMZ, enable DMZ and apply the change then see if the device works.

Truly annoying that EE will not discuss the issue. Internet search for "EE TV Box Pro IPC6023" turns up lots of hits.
Posting the question in the EE Community forum may be more likely to get useful information than this Netgear forum.
It also might be worth asking a generic question of EE (rather than mention Netgear) such as, "Can the TV Box Pro be connected to a customer WiFi router or does it have to be connected to the EE box?"
