Orbi device not connecting
I am moved into a new house that came with Orbi and ONT and have bought internet. I downloaded the orbi app to set it up and I get to the part where it checks my cables but it keeps saying I need to check my Ethernet which is definitely plugged in. I really don't know what to do now please help me

Try unplugging everything, including the modem, orbi and sats for 30 seconds to a minute. Plug in modem first, then the router and sats.
If that doesn't work, try a hard (factory) reset of the Orbi and its satellites to erase and restart your setup, especially if you have not done this before as it may have the previous user settings.
What ONT is it?
Did you check with the ISP if any specific setting are needed in the internet connections page?
