Does this happen with the RBS turned off?
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
20 feet is too close between the RBR and RBS. 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Thank you for your input. I did a proper measuring of the distance between the RBR and RBS. It is 28 ft. direct path. Wireless backhaul. I had an audio Teams meeting this morning with the RBS powered off and the issue still persists. Audio dropped several times, Teams popped up a message saying that my network quality was poor. The meeting disconnected and automatically reconnected after about 5 seconds.
Channel configuration: 2.4 Ghz is set to channel 11. 5 Ghz is is set to channel 40. I left all other settings at their default factory setting. Enable 20/40 MHz Coexistence is checked. Preamble set to Automatic.
The ISP modem is secured to the wall with the label against the wall. I can't remove it. Unk mfg. It is a fiber modem in bridge mode. My ISP is passing me a static public IP address that I have on the RBR WAN interface via PPPoE.

What is the brand and model # of the device(s) your connecting with Teams?
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.Any chance of asking the ISP about the brand and model# of the ONT?
Disable 20/40 MHz Coexistence unchecked.
Is SIP ALG enabled or disabled under Advanced Tab/Setup/WAN Setup?

Thank you! Please see below:
What is the brand and model # of the device(s) your connecting with Teams? Dell Latitude 7420 Windows 11. Teams meetings worked fine with my Nigthhawk R8000.
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter. With my initial troubleshooting, I disabled Armor. Same issue. I don't have Parental Controls or Traffic Meter enabled.
Any chance of asking the ISP about the brand and model# of the ONT? Yes, I will call support and get the info.
Disable 20/40 MHz Coexistence unchecked. I will uncheck and try another Teams meeting.
Is SIP ALG enabled or disabled under Advanced Tab/Setup/WAN Setup? disabled (checked).

I called my ISP support. The modem is a Calix model 812 wired fiber modem.

This has a router built in already if you have this. If so, This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router.

Try option #2 first...
