RBE771/770 Firmware 10.5.13.1 is Available!
Hello Orbi Community,
Firmware version 10.5.13.1 is now available for installation. Manual update will be required for the devices that do not have the firmware available as an automatic update...
This is what the zip contains for me which doesn't work.
How does that file not work? How are you unpacking the file and sending it to the RBS? That is the RBS file.

I extract the zip, go to orbi web page, go to manual update, select 1 satellite, select that file and upload it. But it gets stuck infinitely on the page in the screenshot.
Which Orbi web page? The RBR or RBS? You should be using the RBS web page to directly update the RBS.
The process does take a while before the web page will refresh. I've done this many times and it works.
Which web browser are you using? Try a different browser, FireFox or Opera. I use MS Edge. Works every time.
