Yes the only way it will connect to internet is with IOT Network enabled at 2.4 GHz as I said in original post.
The TV will connect to the router with only the IOT 5GHz band enabled, but cannot successfully get an IP address and therefore cannot connect to the internet.

Samsung is really bad about supporting anything more than a few years old. I lean toward something in the authentication process handshaking, as really weird that I can get connect to router, but no IP assigned when IOT is set to 6GHz band but no connection when it is set to use both 6GHz and 2.4 GHz.

So to confirm you were able to get the TV working on the IoT 2.4Ghz then?
