I am having the same issues I purchased 771 Router and 770 satellite along with the CM 3000 NETGEAR modem I have had nothing but problems with the WiFi. I isolated it to the router testing the modem with a wired connection. I have had a help ticket open for over a month troubleshooting with NETGEAR tier 2 and they are doing everything they can to not allow me to get a replacement I spent over a $1000 on this setup and having to hear complaints from my entire family I am very close to just trash the router /satelite and go with a different brand

By "the same issues", you are stating that
- Two times every day the router loses internet and in 2-5 minutes the LED turns magenta.
- When this happens, the satellite remains connected to the router.
- Without taking any action, in another 2-3 minutes, the magenta light turns off and the system performs normally.

What capability do you have to record the data stream between the 771 router and the modem?
