I am having the same issues I purchased 771 Router and 770 satellite along with the CM 3000 NETGEAR modem I have had nothing but problems with the WiFi. I isolated it to the router testing the modem with a wired connection. I have had a help ticket open for over a month troubleshooting with NETGEAR tier 2 and they are doing everything they can to not allow me to get a replacement I spent over a $1000 on this setup and having to hear complaints from my entire family I am very close to just trash the router /satelite and go with a different brand

I understand that you have been experiencing issues with your RBE771 losing network connections periodically. This issue may be caused by a pervious firmware version. The resolve this issue please download the current firmware version 10.5.18.3 for your RBE771/RBE770.
Follow the step-by-step directions below to update the firmware on your RBE771:
Select ADVANCED > Administration > Firmware Update > Online Update.
The Firmware Update page displays.
Click the Check button.
The router checks to see if new firmware is available for the router and satellites.
If new firmware is available, click the Update All button.
