The ISP modem - FritzBox 5590 - has 4 RJ45 ports available. Each one has a CAT 6A cable connected to different rooms in the house, through the wall.the Orbi is plugged into one of these wall RJ45 sockets via a patch cable CAT 7.
Sorry I’m not a tech guy, can you point me to find how access/set the modem DMZ (I’m not aware of what DMZ is indeed).

Any chance you can bring the RBR to same room as ISP modem and connect it directly behind the modem?
Will need to look at the modems web page for the DMZ or IP Pass thru feature. Look at the Mfr user manual or ask ISP support for help on that.
