What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What DNS is the RBR using? ISP detected DNS or custom DNS?
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, IPv6, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellites been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
This is a first...WPA2 only can't be set on BE systems due to 6Ghz requirements.
POWER:
- Power cycled the home (Main power)
- Fiber node, Orbi, PC, Laptop(had to do that manual), and even my Phone
- Still can not load teams on main wifi, or ether, only guest network.
ONT:
- running on a Frontier Fiber node. Not sure on it's model number. I need power tools to open the pedestal where the router it đ
DNS: (Resolution to IP is the same all solutions below, as is my ability to ping gov.teams.microsoft.us and telnet to it via tcp/443.
- I tried Using 8.8.8.8
- I tried Using 8.8.4.4
- I tried Using 192.168.0.53 (A private dns server )
- Ultimately I switched back to ISP Provided
CACHE/data
- I used Different browsers (FF, CH, BRAVE, Incognito)
They only load the page on GUEST
WPA2:
- Ya, I didnt think that would be the cuase but it was a diff so had to mention.
SUMMARY:
I think the only thing left is to factory reset the Orbi, see if it works, and then slowly start putting DHCP/Network back together again...

Try ISP detected DNS then try Cloudfare or Quad9 DNS.
Connect one of your wired PCs to the Fiber box to check for this issue as well.

That was something I have not tried yet, but alas, when I connect directly to my FRONTIER ethernet fiber node, I can reach https://login.microsoftonline.us/ just fine. I plug it into the ethernet ports of my RBE970 / RBE971 Firmware Version 9.12.3.3, it immediately fails to load on my destop, laptop, and iPhone. The only way to get it working is to to connect to t he GUEST wifi network on my RBE then suddenly everything works as expected... This is Bizzaro!
At the moment I'm looking for a way to DOWNGADE my RBE97x units to V9.12.4.*So lets first try a factory reset on the RBR and see if this helps this. Please follow this PDF guide to do it:
Also power off the Fiber box for 30 seconds then back ON, then start the setup wizard process.
Input custom DNS service addresses on the RBR, i.e. Cloudfare or Quad9. Don't use ISP detected DNS.
Once completed, check your web site access...
