There is no RBE971S. After 8 years, Netgear changed the naming convention for Orbi products.
Since 2016, Orbis were named:
- RBRxx0 for the 'router'
- RBSxx0 for the 'satellite'
- RBKxxx for a 'kit' containing one router and a number of satellites
The WiFi7 970 and 770 products are named
- RBE971 and RBE771 for the 'router
- RBE970 and RBE770 for the 'satellite'
- RBE972S and RBE973S for a 'set' consisting of two or three devices (one router and one or two satellites)
Annoying.

“970” is used in the Netgear Wifi 7 Series name which is probably what causes the confusion, as “970” is also used in the model number (RBE970) of the satellite(s) used in an Orbi 970 Series WiFi 7 mesh node network behind an RBE971 model Router.
