Constant disconnects. About to return the 970 (RBE972)

I reached out to Straq in PM's.
I found another thread where he was talking about some critical issues found and that's why it was not released a couple weeks ago, but hopefully the current beta build corrects that AND the disconnects.
As most have noted, I am coming from the 860 line, which was flawless for the limited time I had it. I still do have it and waiting for the new firmware before I swap it out until this can all be worked out.
New firmware for the rest of us waiting?? I've sent a PM with no response...
