I have been running the Orbi 973 with three satellites for about three weeks and I have encountered the same WiFi 7 issues. The phone will show excellent signal strength, but will pop up saying the wi...

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Hello,
Sorry for the delay in replying, see the answers to your questions below.
What Firmware version is currently loaded? V9.12.3.3_1.2.20
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Verizon G3100
What is the size of your home? 5000sqft home / 2000 sqft carriage house
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? The router is in the center of the home, 2 of the satellites are at each end of the home (more than 30 feet each). The third satellite is located in a detached building roughly 70 feet from the router. The satellites are all wireless backhaul.
Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF? I haven't tested with the satellites all turned off, but I am working (wired) to one of the satellites in my home office and have never seen any issue with connectivity there. It definitely smells like a wireless connectivity problem. I have around 100 wireless devices throughout the home, and I have noticed connectivity problems with all of them (google homes, google TVs, WIFI faucet, sonos devices, etc...).
What channel configurations are currently set on the router? The 2.4ghz is set to Auto and the 5ghz is set to channel 36. The WIFI on the Verizon G3100 is turned off.
I am coming from an Orbi RBR40 with two satellites and an outdoor satellite. This system was entirely more stable for years than this new system. Given this new setup is over $3000, I would expect it to be, not only faster, but also substantially more reliable!
If you need any additional information, please let me know! I would love to keep this system, but not in it's current operating form.
Cheers.

Did Adaptive Connectivity change anything on the pixel phone?
- bhaveJul 13, 2024AspirantIt didn't seem to make any difference, plus the stationary (non-wifi 7) devices having intermittent connectivity loss makes me feel it's more than just a pixel phone on wifi 7 problem.

Possible distances could be a bit too far. Might try closer distances.
Looks like wired RBS maybe working.
Might try channel 1 and 40 on the RBR.
Do you have the RBRs IP address it gets from the Verizon router in the Verizon DMZ since that has a router built in?
Can you draw up a floor diagram of the home and indicate where the RBR and RBS are placed?
Also might try and turn OFF all un-essential devices and try to reduce the device count and see if you observe any changes. Sonos can have there own signals if there wireless. Smart Lights have been known to cause odd problems as well.
MIght open up a support ticket with NG as well.
