Re: Orbi 870 / RBE871 - No Email notification in orbilogin web UI
The Orbi 870 seems to have a lot bugs. It keep dropping connection. Some devices won't connect to the router even when using 2.4 network. Tech support was not able to resolve the connection issues. I have a Eufy 8Xpro ese vacuum and a Vaultek WIFI gun safe that will not connect the Orbi 870. I have others but not a deal breaker like the two I mentioned. My Netgear WIFI 6 connected to all my devices but I have added a lot of devices so I wanted to purchase a system that would handle more devices. I have Cox internet with 2.5 gigabyte speed and wanted to take advantage of those speeds. I have a Nighthawk CM3000 cable modem. I think it needed a firmware update before it was released. I found other articles claiming signal drops and connection issues. I really wanted to keep the new Orbi 870 but I feel there are too many issues with the product right now. I consider myself tech savvy and will hold off on returning the product to Netgear for a couple of weeks. A lot of time spent trying to resolve the connection issues.

I've got that orbi version currently connected to a CM3000 and its working great.
What firmware are you on?
What error do you get when you try to connect them?
I've even got a Eufy vacuum (not your version) connected to my system and it doesn't have issues.
Did you change the ssid with the new system? or did you re-use your old one
