The modem was changed yesterday because of some ISP issue. There were setting on the old modem containing my Orbi's MAC and IP Address that were causing a conflict with my replaced modem (New Profile) that were resulting Orbi not getting an IP Address. 2nd level support cleared the old modem's profile from the system and everything is working as expected. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions.

Strange that Show Statistics reports the connection rate as 1000M/Full. and the "up time" as 6 hours, 26 miinutes
I would be more comfortable if
- Both modem and Orbi are powered off.
- Cable connected from modem to Orbi
- Modem powered up.
- Orbi powered up.
- Observe the router LED
- When the LED turns magenta or off, connect to the web interface, Advanced Tab home page and record the same information (Internet port, Show Stastics)
