Your wanting to replace the ISP Zyxel EX3301-T0 router inside with the Orbi system?
You'll need to make contact with the ISP and have them help you to ensure any ISP configurations are correct and correctly put to the Orbi router.
The outside Zyxel NR7101 may need to be power cycled after the ISP router is disconnected and the Orbi router is connected and configured.
Can also try the ISP router with it's wifi disabled and the Orbi connected to it and use the ISP routers DMZ for the Orbi router.

Hmmm, this is interesting. If i did your 2nd solution would I get any downsides, connecting the orbi to their router, like double NAT?
I may have to go this way because Quickline helped for a bit and then just stopped and said, if its not working, then that's a you problem (but in a kind of nicer way 🙂
Cheers

If you use the ISP routers DMZ/IP-Passthru for the RBR in Router mode, double NAT will be avoided.
I'd make contact with the ISP have have them help with this if you want to go from there ONT directly to the Orbi RBR.
