slow download speeds on LAN ports ORBI 971
I've was using my ORBI 971 with 2 x 970 satellites for some time with my old provider (BT). My old setup was BT homehub 2 with 900Mbps download and 115Mbupload with Netgear Orbi setup in Bridg...

FYI, Orbi doesn't have a bridge mode. Only Router and AP modes.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
Does the ONT have a built in router? If not, then you'll need to configure the RBR for router mode, not AP mode.
What is the brand and model# of the ethernet adapter thats plugged in to LAN2 port?
Does this happen with any ethernet devices or PCs that support 2.5Gb LAN connection rates?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the device and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.

Yes sorry i meant router is now in router mode, it was previously in AP mode.
The ONT is irrelevant as wireless speeds are fine via the Orbi 971. It is some form of Adtran. It connects at 10000 as per the the screenshot.
The ONT does not have a built in router, its just an ONT with a 10Gbps RJ45 port that the ORBI plugs into with a CAT 6 cable connecting them together.
This happens with any device i connect via a LAN cable, whether connecting at 2.5Gbps or 1Gbps (for obvious reasons the upload speed maxes out at 1Gbps when using a 1Gbps capable device but the download speeds have the same issue)
The cable is CAT 6 connecting the ONT to the 10Gbps port on the ORBI. This is not an issue though as I've had speeds of 2Gbps going from the orbi via wireless which then uses this cable as the uplink to the ISPs ONT.

So sounds like if the RBR worked with your ISP older system and its not working with the newer ONT. Possible this new ONT maybe causing problems with the RBR.
What is the model# of the new Adtran ONT?
Are the cables CAT6 UTP or CAT6A STP?

Nope this definitely isn't the issue as wireless speeds via the Orbi to the Internet are absolutely fine, its only wired speeds which aren't. Both wired and wireless connectivity goes to the ONT via the same cable on the 10Gbps port of the ORBI.
It can't be the ONT otherwise wireless speeds would also suffer. The ONT has no way of knowing what's wireless traffic and whats Ethernet / Rj45 port traffic from the ORBI.
Cables are CAT 6.
