slow download speeds on LAN ports ORBI 971

The ISPs ONT has a single 10Gbps copper port which connects to the 10Gbps Internet port on the RBE971. There is no ISP router in between the ONT and the RBE971. I do not have access to the ISPs ONT. The RBE is setup as the Internet router with IP address and gateway setup on it and that part works fine.

I'm using the RBE971 as a wireless back haul to the satellites but this isn't the issue here.

The issue i have is with directly connected wired devices to the LAN ports of the RBE971, wireless speeds are absolutely fine.
