Sonos and Printer and Orbi 870 mesh

they sometimes connect to the app on my iPhone 17, and sometimes they don't.
Sometimes the Sonos app connects to the speaker and turns on
I tried to print a photo from my phone, but the printer could not be found.
After I emailed the photo to my laptop, I was able to print it from there.
It looks like the common denominator here is the iPhone, but it would be good to confirm.
Can you reliably control the Sonos Arc using the PC?
Do you use access control on the 870?
