The router loses connection to the internet

I have been dealing with this same issue for 2 weeks now and nothing has changed.  My system will be connected to the internet on the "main" network and the "guest" network will lose internet connect...

So, I finally got the customer support to connect me to a "Tier 2" support... we are trying a beta firmware right now
