The router loses connection to the internet
I have been dealing with this same issue for 2 weeks now and nothing has changed. My system will be connected to the internet on the "main" network and the "guest" network will lose internet connect...

Does the front LED turn PINK when this happens?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
How many RBS are deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?

Is the CAT cable UTP or STP cabling. STP cabling is recommended here.
30 feet distance between RBR and RBS is recommended as well.

STP is recommended for any connection rates beyond 1Gb. Especially for multi gig connections.
Look it up.
Doesn't tell us the distances between them. There are good reasons for these quesetions. Hard to help out if we don't get feedback.
