Problem solved!! Moved my Firecube to the problem TV in Master Bedroom and because it sits out more exposed, it is getting a strong signal, so 4K is supported. And best of all, much cheaper than an additional Satellite!! Thanks all for your tips.

Can you log into your tv or router and check if the tv is connected to the 2.4ghz or the 5ghz?
200+ mbps should be plenty for streaming 4k as it only takes about 25-40mbps to stream 4k.
But 2.4ghz might link at 200+ and not be able to achieve those speeds because its a slow network and sensitive to interference.
5ghz should have no problem saturating a 4k show/movie at those link speeds.
