Why can't I see 6ghz on my Orbi 970
Why can't I see the 6ghz on my Orbi 970? It claims it has it but I don't see it anywhere in my orbilogin.
1. what device do you have that you're looking for 6ghz? Do you have a scanner that picks up 6ghz?
2. the orbi's combine the ssid's. So they don't appear separate.
3. go to your advanced tab and then look at the "wireless settings" box. That will show you the bands. there isn't anything user modifiable for 6ghz
I have the S24 Ultra but idk if my router being connected to a non 6ghz has anything to do with it.

I'm still a little confused about whats going on exactly for you.
A little better description would help.
- I don't see 6ghz on the UI orbi login on the website it only shows 2 and 5ghz.
thats normal. there isn't anything to change with the 6ghz on the orbi's. Its all managed by the orbi.
Its like that on my RBE973 and REB773
