I have the S24 Ultra but idk if my router being connected to a non 6ghz has anything to do with it.

Has anything to do with what?
I'm still a little confused about whats going on exactly for you.
A little better description would help.
- Jmesparza05Dec 12, 2024TutorI don't see 6ghz on the UI orbi login on the website it only shows 2 and 5ghz.

thats normal. there isn't anything to change with the 6ghz on the orbi's. Its all managed by the orbi.
Its like that on my RBE973 and REB773
- Jmesparza05Dec 12, 2024TutorBut it claimed it has 6ghz when I bought it, shouldn't it be there tho?
Or is something else is at play?

Your screenshot does proof you try to force WPA2-PSK & WPA3-AES - a combination (in my opinion a least) not possible, since 6 GHz does mandatory require WPA3-AES (or better).
In case you desperately need to operate an SSID on this mixed-mode settings, use the IOT network for devices not able to work on higher security.
Keep in mind that the regulatory area must be correctly configured, and match your operation area, ie. Spain. Note it can take some reasonable time (minutes!) before some 5 GHz (eg. DFS channels) and 6 GHz can become available on-air.
Don't own any of these Orbi 9xx (or any other recent Orbi) so I can't test and compare - worth a try at least.
