11 weeks for a $400 dollar refund ?
March 1 , After the product was discovered defective I was told to return the device for a full refund . I sent back the product and was told two weeks after the two weeks I’m now being told a additional 5/6 weeks for a refund, and I’ve had to purchase a new NETGEAR router $750 and I’m out of pocket $ 1,1000 and now being told to wait 5/6 more weeks ?

Sadly you do need to go through support for this. the community support forums are members of the public helping out.
there's occasionally a mod on here but its rare.
