The "up to 4800mbps" is what sets the channel width.
4800mbps=160hz
2400mbps=80hz
With that model because its a 4x4 device.
Keep in mind, if you're in an area with radar, dfs can cause drops occasionally (160hz requires dfs channels)

When I configured the 5GHz WiFi settings, I did infact choose the Max (default) which was 4803 Mbps.
The "Advanced Tab/Advanced settings/Wireless settings" had additional settings, but no explanations about 80/160MHz selections.
The documentation in the webpage and also the PDF manual is insufficient in fully explaining the settings, whilst the marketing docs make it a big feature.
Many thanks for both responses, very appreciated.
Best regards from Australia.

I haven't seen any router mfr explain or give users good information about the 80/160Mhz support options when they support them on there routers. Seems to be in the UI or mostly hidden and automatic now days.
