2.4 g not working
2.4 g not working.. spent 3 hours on fine with support he remotely accessed my pc to just fix any internet but 2.4 still not showing up ... and the tech trued to charge me 99 $
Agree with Razor512 who did you call for support or how did you get the number?
Many people google for a number and get scam/con sites. to contact support you click on "mynetgear" at the top, register an account, and then from there contact support. For those who do purchase a support option, netgear uses gearhead for support.
Makes me leary whenever someone takes remote control of a device.
What actual router do you have?
Firmware on it?
What is the 2.4ghz led showing on the router? (on/off/, color, blinking, etc)
