2.4ghz channel causes PC network card to no longer identify any WIFI channels

Hi,&nbsp;For a number of PCs in my household (both desktops and laptops), when they connect to the 2.4ghz channel they can suddenly no longer see any WIFI channels at all.&nbsp; Windows thinks there is a hardware or software issue with the network card.&nbsp; If left alone, the card starts working again, reconnects to the 2.4ghz channel and then the issue reoccurs.&nbsp;The 2.4ghz channel is operating fine on our iPads.&nbsp; The 5ghz channel has no issues with it.&nbsp;Of course, we're no longer using the 2.4ghz channel on our PCs.&nbsp; However, I'm interested to understand what might be causing such an issue.&nbsp; To a layman, this seems very strange that this occurs.Cheers.&nbsp;&nbsp;

What modem do you have?&nbsp;What firmware is on the router?&nbsp;Have you factory reset the RAX40 since install?&nbsp;
