2 MAC addresses same IP

I recently replaced my R7000 router with a RAXE 500.  Everything has been flawless however in attached devices I see my linux based server is listed twice with the same IP but two different MAC addresses.  I am running a bunch of dockers on the server.  One MAC address is my network adapter and the other is listed as VHOST0 when I run ifconfig -a on my linux box.  I never had this listed twice on my last netgear R7000 or on Asus AX11000 that I tested out.  Is this something I should be concerned about?  Everything appears the be working fine.

Depending on the devices involved and how they connect, they can show up with different Mac addresses. For example, LAN and wifi can come from the same device but with two entries.

Yes I could see that if there is two connections but in my case the Linux box only has a single hardwired Ethernet connection.

I guess what I'm asking is this considered normal or it something I should address?
