5ghz auto changes channel
I been having issues with my router changing the 5ghz channel from 40 to another channel like 149 or 161. This is happening on a RAX50 router and there is no option for auto channel for 5ghz, only 2....

The RAX50 is a 4x4 with 160hz wide channels. To use 160hz wide channels, its uses the dfs channels. You can disable that option by going in and setting your speed from "up to 4800mbps" down to 2400mbps". That narrows the broadcast to 80hz wide channels and then it avoids those dfs channels. For the most part, it won't impact many devices as many devices didn't use 160hz wide channels until you started getting to higher end or newer Wifi 7 devices.
