Access Control slows some web access in AP mode
My setup is a T-Mobile Home Internet modem/router which is ethernet-wired to a Netgear RAX120 router which is now in AP mode (with a fixed static address). I just made this change to resolve a double...
One way to make the RAX work with access controls would be to configure the T-Mobile routers DMZ for the RAX and set the RAX back to router mode. Then you'll have use of the Access Control feature on the RAX while in router mode. AP mode does NOT support Access Controls.
There is zero way to configure much of anything on the T-Mobile modem/router. I could spend ~$500 to get one i could configure. Not worth it.
