Access from what to what? USB storage? Printers?
Anything on your network should be able to see things on ReadySHARE. Just browse to
\\readyshare

to have separate user logins for sharing videos from my usb drive over the internet, rather than having just the admin login.
Try looking into what the browser graphical user interface (GUI) shows.

You may have done that already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.the answer is a no then 😞
silly netgear don't have a option for a 2nd user account other than an admin account, my old tplink router had this option.
