I have clicked it several times. I clicked it, walked away, came back and nothing.

I DL chrome and tried it and it works. Not sure why Safari stopped working after the FW update.

For some time now Netgear's manuals have warned that some things don't work in Safari:
"This Administration recovery process is supported in Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome browsers, but not in the Safari browser."

What version of OSX and Safari?
Be sure to clear out all browser caches in Safari and try again.

Monterey 12.3, Safari 15.4. I cleared out the cache several times but still wouldnt work. Is there anything else that should be cleared as well?
