Advanced tab grayed out
I added a static IP address to my router last night and then updated to the latest FW(V1.0.10.110_2.0.72). Afterwards, the advanced tab is grayed out and I can't access it. I have rebooted the r...
did you click on it?
Because thats how it shows up unless you've actually selected it.
I have clicked it several times. I clicked it, walked away, came back and nothing.
I DL chrome and tried it and it works. Not sure why Safari stopped working after the FW update.

For some time now Netgear's manuals have warned that some things don't work in Safari:
"This Administration recovery process is supported in Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome browsers, but not in the Safari browser."

Either way, glad you got it working!
Sucks that safari is the underlying issue.
What version of OSX and Safari?
Be sure to clear out all browser caches in Safari and try again.

Monterey 12.3, Safari 15.4. I cleared out the cache several times but still wouldnt work. Is there anything else that should be cleared as well?
